How to Apply for Community Grants
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Affiliate grants program. To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community-Based Grant, your organization must:
- Be a federally tax exempt entity (nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe).
- Be located in the Affiliate service area*.
- Have a program specific to breast health and/or breast cancer (e.g. if a program is a combined breast and cervical cancer program, funding may only be requested for the breast cancer portion).
FY16 (April 1, 2015 – March 31, 2016) grant application deadline has passed.
Two Grant Classifications:

For grant requests $250 to $5,000 for short-term projects, mobile breast cancer screening events, travel, conferences and miscellaneous items throughout the year that align with the Komen mission.
