2017 Susan G. Komen Puget Sound Race for the Cure

Online registration for the 2017 Susan G. Komen Puget Sound Race for the Cure is now closed.

You may register in-person or pick up your registration packet for Race for the Cure at Seattle Center Pavilion on Saturday, June 3 from 10 am to 2 pm and at Fisher Pavilion on Sunday, June 4 starting  at 6 am.

Top fundraisers’ tent, survivors’ tent, snacks, water, coffee provided by Stumptown Coffee Roasters, sponsor tents, and main stage entertainment with Restless Vocal Band and local singer/songwriter Kristin Chambers.
8:00 am Survivor Parade
8:30 am Kids’ Race
8:45 am Women’s Only 5K Run
9:00 am Coed 5K Run
9:15 am One Mile Walk, Coed 5K Walk, Paws for the Cure 5K Walk


Sunday’s weather forecast looks great—cool temperatures under partly sunny skies. Be sure to check the forecast on Saturday night or early Sunday morning to prepare for any last-minute changes.

Maps & Parking

Download a copy of the Seattle Center Race Day map with nearby parking options for your convenience. WSDOT has a list of high impact traffic events this weekend–visit their website to see if you will be impacted. The Seattle Monorail is opening early–at 7 am–to help our participants get to and from Seattle Center

Survivor Parade

The Survivor Parade starts at 8:00 am, kicking off Race day festivities! Survivors who wish to participate in the parade should gather at the Survivor Tent north of Fisher Pavilion by 7:45 am.

T-Shirt & Bib Pickup      

Race t-shirts and bibs may be picked up at Seattle Center Pavilion on Saturday, June 3 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and on Race day at Fisher Pavilion starting at 6:00 am.

Tribute Tent

Honor survivors, those we’ve lost to breast cancer and those who are still fighting by bringing a photo to display or writing a note of love or encouragement in the Tribute Tent on Race day. The Tribute Tent is located north of Fisher Pavilion near the Survivor Tent.

Bag Check

Bag check will be available at the Race thanks to Diamond Sponsor UPS. Look for the UPS package trucks located in front of Key Arena.

Paws for the Cure

Pick up your registered dog’s Race bandana or register with your dog at the Paws for the Cure tent outside the entrance to Fisher Pavilion.

Kids for the Cure

The Kids’ Race starts at 8:30 am, led by some of our favorite mascots! Be sure to check out the face painter just south of the International Fountain.

Wear a creative PINK costume on Race day! Take a photo and share it on social media with the #SEAKomenSpirit hashtag.

Fundraising & Donation Drop-Off

Have fundraising or a donation to drop off on Race weekend? Bring it to Fisher Pavilion and we’ll add it to your Race fundraising total. If you raised $150 or more be sure to pick up your reward at the Top 100 Fundraisers tent on top of Fisher Pavilion on Race day.

Komen Store

Get pink gear and support the breast cancer fight by shopping at the Komen Store near the Fisher Pavilion entrance on Race day.
